Renee Polverari was held on $1,000 bond and due in court Thursday to answer to charges that include possession of narcotics, operating under the influence and evading responsibility, according to the Post.
Police caught up with her after a second accident about a mile away from where she hit a stone wall with her car on Hatterstown Road, according to the Connecticut Post.
She failed field sobriety tests, and police found syringes and heroin in her car, according to the Connecticut Post.
